Global unified 2-year warranty (core motor components); some models extend to 3 years. Non-human damage means natural failure under normal use. Drops, water damage or unauthorized disassembly are not covered. Photos or videos can be provided for assessment.

All units pass factory inspection; the industry average defect rate is <0.8%. Complaints are responded to within 24 hours. Free accessory replacement or unit replacement (within 1%) is provided, and batch issues can be supported by engineers remotely or on-site.

Each bulk order includes 1%-2% free consumable spares (nozzles, massage heads, power cords, etc.). Independent repair kits can be purchased separately — we recommend keeping some on hand to shorten end-user repair times.
